The Technical Support Specialist  plays a crucial role in providing expert assistance and guidance to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders regarding a specific product or set of products within the organization.

Key Responsibility

  • Advanced Issue Resolution:
    • Handle complex technical issues that require in-depth knowledge.
    • Collaborate with Expert support for problem resolution.
    • Mentor Junior support agents.
  • Customer Escalations:
    • Manage and resolve customer escalations effectively.
    • Provide in-depth explanations and solutions for complex problems.

Knowledge:

  • Advanced Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using advanced troubleshooting tools.
    • In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network configurations.
  • Product/Service Configuration:
    • Ability to guide customers through advanced product configurations.
    • Understanding of integration with other systems and applications.
  • Problem Analysis:
    • Analytical skills to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.
    • Root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in technical support, with a strong technical background.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset and the ability to use data for decision-making.
    • Customer-centric focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
