Your tasks:

Provide services regarding contract and claims management to the ongoing projects via:

  • Contract review, negotiations support/preparation, risk analysis for suppliers, sub-contractors and own services
  • Coordinating with staff on all levels to draft, align and own contract strategies
  • Preparation or review/co-creation of customer- and subcontractor-facing  communication
  • Support in sales and procurement activities

 Development of contract and claim management framework (internal):

  • Creation and ownership of contract library (templates, language, guidelines, notifications)
  • Training of Project Managers (incl. PMOs), Engineering Managers, Project Controls, Procurement teams
Your profile:
  • Proven international work experience (5+ years) in contract management/administration, claims management on (large) investment projects or in quantity surveying
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and German
  • Motivated driver and builder, with strong motivation for organizational development, keen attention to detail, analytical, and self-motivated way of working
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree (e.g. in quantity surveying, contract administration or management, business administration, law, accounting or economics or engineering) – master’s degree preferred
