Description & SummaryYour tasksYou will, together with the team, design, own and successfully deliver high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients.The projects typically include end-to-end digital transformations, customer strategy and customer analytics, CRM transformation and implementation, marketing and sales transformation, front office operating model design and implementation, sales force effectiveness, for pharma life sciences and for across industries (retail, industrial product).You will work with international clients and we will provide you the opportunity to gain experience working in multicultural teams within Switzerland and abroad.You will work in a fast-growing team. The environment is driven by respect, collaboration, strong team spirit, and winning as team not as an individual.You will be actively involved in business development activities to help identify, propose, and close customer transformation opportunities.Your profileYou hold a master’s degree in a business-related discipline or you have a science/ engineering background, and at least 3 years experience working in consulting, pharma life sciences companies, or other multinational companies. You have a sound understanding of customer and emerging technologies and their applications to improve customer experiences.For Manager and above: You have experience in delivering digitally enabled transformation programs and can demonstrate tangible benefits. You have domain expertise in one of those areas outlined above.For Manager and above: You are experienced in building sustainable senior client relationships and you are recognized and respected by clients and colleagues as a knowledgeable, valued and trusted professional.You have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, and you are proactive and enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
