Sales Manager, New Units Sales (m/f)

As Sales Manager you will be responsible for the development, offering and negotiation for power plant projects on global basis.

Your tasks

  • From pre-acquisition over acquisition and tendering to negotiation and handover to execution you will lead sales projects on an international basis
  • Develop customized solutions with the support of our tender and engineering organization for large scale GT based power projects
  • Represent the sales projects and Ansaldo Energia externally and drive the sales projects along internal processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering, or business administration along with several years of experience in offering and selling large complex products or solutions
  • Profound experience in commercial and technical negotiations of large scale projects
  • Knowledge of power plants technology, main products such as gas turbines and steam turbines as well as cost parameters of power projects
  • Knowledge of drivers of the todays power industry and projects
  • Reliable, creative, flexible and enthusiastic team player
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in challenging situations
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Excellent command of English, German is an advantage, further knowledge of Italian would be an asset
