Responsibilities:

  • represents the company as the ambassador to clients/ prospects in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
  • promotes and stimulates collaboration within the Zurich office and in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
  • defines sales strategy and tactics for the region in coordination with all business lines
  • leads/ organises media activities and cross-business events to raise the profile in the region
  • develops a cross-selling culture
  • participates in the development of relationships with all clients in the four business lines

Requirements:

  • proven experience in the Swiss corporate and institutional market
  • existing network of corporate and institutional clients and family offices in German-speaking Switzerland
  • deep understanding of all four business lines (large corporates, asset management, custodian banking and structured products)
  • convincing sales and acquisition skills
  • strong influencer
  • Native Swiss German speaker and English, French is definitely a plus

Qualitative/ quantitative objectives

  • position and represent the company as a trusted partner for corporate and institutional clients in the German-speaking market
  • produce above-market growth, acquisition of significant market share
  • significantly increase market share by focusing on share of wallet (cross-selling, promoting the universal banking model)
