Pos. 120 Team Lead Gas Turbine Auxiliary Systems

Lead a team responsible for the design and execution of all auxiliary systems of a gas turbine.

Your tasks

Lead the team responsible for the design & execution of gas turbine auxiliaries • Your focus will be on technical competencies and skills covering the major gas trubine systems that include the lube oil system, gas control, cooling systems, air intake and enclosures • Be responsible for the team’s personnel (10+) with respect to their development and daily activities • Ensure on-schedule execution respecting the customer's requirements and meet cost targets • Ensure continuous improvement of design methodologies and tools, test & validate components and the design tools • Maintain and enhance design standards and ensure compliance of our products to internal/international standards • Integrate supplier capabilities into the team’s design process.

Your profile

Degree in mechanical engineering • 10 to 15 years’ experience in mechanical systems design and/or execution • track record to lead people in a group or team • experience to have followed a project from concept to final design, testing & validation, execution with final customer • Availability tro travel, mainly within Europe (up to 10% of the time) • Ability to work within a team, foster relationships across organizational boundaries and in a multicultural environment • Excellent command of English, German is an advantage, further knowledge of Italian would be an asset.
