Your tasks


Support an international team in daily business tasks (travel bookings, visa support, organize office infrastructure for team members) • Support our Field Service organization (organize medical checks, trainings, documents for site access, safety equipment, etc.) • Communicate in English and German • Support in budget matters, check bills according to process • Support in HR matters • Actively drive quality and process standards in the department.

Your profile

Professional education in commercial administration (KV) or equivalent • Expert use of Microsoft Office & e-mail/calendar tools • Know-how of accounting software (SAP) • Open-minded team player with strong organizing & communication skills • Tackle changes made on short notice with a positive approach • Handle competing priorities with good follow-through skills & strong attention to detail • Customer focused • Smart and hands-on with a desire to achieve always high standard of quality with given tasks • Excellent command of English and German • Experience in Field Service environment would be an advantage
