In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Wide range of skills required to manage Client Support, Server Support and Maintenance.
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Client administration, Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Proven experience with Citrix virtual desktops and VMWare virtualization.
- Strong understanding of storage solutions and administration.
- Experience with Veeam backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Proven experience with network firewalls, routing and switching
- Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Fluency in German, English is a plus
- Occasionally, business trips are necessary to our foreign branches to ensure the IT infrastructure remains up to date
