Marketing & Communications Manager

• Content Creation Mastery:  you will lead the creation of compelling content in English and German, including reports, case studies, thought leadership articles and interviews.
• Digital Marketing Affinity:  you will utilize digital channels - our website, social media, and email marketing (Marketo experience preferred) - to expand our reach and engagement.
• Project Management Expertise:  you will manage projects like our annual Corporate Impact Report, ensuring seamless cross-departmental collaboration and execution.
• Design Proficiency:  your talent in creating visually appealing content for presentations and reports will be seen as a plus.

• You excel in engaging especially institutional but also retail investors.
• You possess a deep understanding of the investor landscape and industry jargon.
• You are skilled in digital content distribution, backed by successful campaigns.
• You are capable of managing and completing multidisciplinary projects.
• You are proactive and excel in teamwork.
• You thrive in agile, fast-paced and flexible work environments.
• You are business fluent in English and German, creative, and thrive in dynamic settings.
