Working closely with the senior digital marketing manager your main responsibilities and task will include the following.

Your Main Tasks
  • Social media marketing and channel management (organic and paid).
  • Creating engaging content including multimedia content for various digital platforms.
  • Marketing analytics.
  • Managing and maintaining the corporate website and microsites.
  • Search marketing (SEO/SEM).
  • Developing and executing campaigns.
  • Developing the digital marketing strategy with the larger team.
  • Staying up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Your Experience and Skills
  • Digital marketeer with at least two years' working experience in digital marketing with experience in SEO/SEM.
  • Allrounder in content marketing from concept development to multimedia content  creation, publishing across digital platforms and performance tracking.
  • Fast learner and critical thinker who welcomes new challenges and enjoys the cooperation in a team.
  • Knows how to communicate adequately and manage projects independently and efficiently.
  • Eye for detail whilst adhering to the 80-20 rule as to be effective and efficient.
  • Comfortable with most of the following software and tools and keen to learn what you do not already know: Google Ads, GA4, GTM, GSC, SEMRush, experience with CMS systems and website management tools like Jira, Video & Image editing; Adobe suite. A plus would be experience and skills in Marketo and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken English on business level; German would be beneficial.
  • Experience in the financial industry and interest in impact investing would be a plus.
