Senior Accountant

On behalf of our client, an international company within FMCG based in Zurich, Swisslinx is looking for a Senior Accountant. This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment. - Workload: 100% - On-site 5 days per week Your mission: - Management of operational financial accounting including accounts receivable and accounts payable via Abacus. - Processing ongoing accounting transactions for all companies in the Group. - Preparation of VAT statements. - Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations for the Swiss group companies. - Responsible for preparing the quarterly and annual financial statements of the foreign subsidiaries in accordance with commercial law subsidiaries (together with the local trustee). - Active participation in the preparation of financial statements and reporting. - Support in the digitalization of accounting processes. Your profile: - Commercial training with at least 4-5 years of professional experience in accounting. - Completed further training in finance and accounting. - Good user knowledge of ERP systems (finance module), ideally experience with Abacus. - Trustworthiness, reliability, discretion and an independent and precise way of working. - Fluent German and very good level of English (minimum B2).
