Job responsibilities:

  • General advice in Corporate, Company, and Equity & Capital Market Laws
  • Contributing to corporate secretariat activities (preparing the meetings of the Board of Directors and of the Board committees and drafting of respective protocols)
  • Drafting of DKSH’s Corporate Governance and Compensation Reports
  • Managing compliance with SIX listing requirements
  • Contributing to the organization of the annual general meeting of DKSH Holding Ltd.
  • Leadership of corporate housekeeping activities
  • Drafting and reviewing corporate policies
  • Option to assist in Compliance projects

Job requirements:

  • Law degree (preferably a Master’s) from a top-tier university or with honors
  • Admission to the bar necessary
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role in a law firm (preferably) or a corporate environment
  • Solid command of Swiss company and capital market laws
  • Proven track record in managing legal topics and internal stakeholders in a senior management environment
  • Excellent drafting skills in English and German
  • Ability to work in a precise and hands-on environment; demonstrating a problem-solving attitude and good manners
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills
