Prepare and run tenders for the categories in scope, dealing with all relevant stakeholders (service providers, internal customers and cross functional teams)Collect data, complete market research, define terms and conditions, negotiate proposals and finalize contractsManage service providers, follow market trends and legislative changesProvide input and expertise in all relevant improvement and development projects (footprint analysis, make or buy, cost efficiency, etc.)Implement purchasing policy and best practicesUniversity Degree in Business Administration or similarMinimum 5 years of experience in transportation sourcing, supply chain or in a lead logistic providerExperience in Project ManagementExperience with e-Procurement platformsProven skills in purchasing: negotiation, supplier management and procurementAnalytical capabilities in order to manage cost analysis, budgets and reportsSolid market knowledge of different areas within Logistic (land, air and sea, warehousing) in EuropeOperational knowledge of different areas within Logistic / Supply Chain & Procurement: transportation by land, air and sea, warehousing, distribution networks and complex logistics systemsAbility to work in complex and international environmentsExperience in manage complex RFQ is a plusOperational autonomy, self-reliance but able to play in a teamExcellent interpersonal communication (stakeholder management)Professionalism, discretion and reliabilityEnglish written and spoken fluently, any other language is a plusAre you looking to increase your experience in procurement on an international level?
