Description Adecco Portugal is currently searching and hiring candidates fluent in Dutch/German/Norwegian/Danish/Finnish and English for a role of Customer Service Representative for his international client.Tasks:• As the first point of contact to communicate with our customers;• Handle inquiries and complaints via telephone, email, chat, and social media;• Ensure cases are solved within the agreed SLA;• Identify and escalate issues to the relevant team;• Adhoc contact center related tasks as assigned;• Working alongside the Team Leader, Team Manager, Contact Center Manager, HR Manager, Training & Quality Manager, Customer Success Team, Academy Leader, and Operational IT. Requirements Ideal Profile:• Native / C2 level of Dutch/German/Norwegian/Danish/Finnish and written and verbal English skills;• Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience in Contact Center / Customer Service;• Training will be provided;• Cars and Electric Vehicles lovers;• Familiar with Microsoft 365;• Must be able to handle multiple projects and effectively manage different timelines;• Must be an assertive team player with high energy to work in a fast-paced environment;• Ability to work in shifts;• Office location: close to Marquês de Pombal, Lisbon.
